Why do people love to get drunk?

So yesterday, I had the photo shoot for teenz. I really have a problem with my smile man! I dno why, everytime I have to pose for pictures, my smile seems to come off as fake. It looks really artificial and forced. It so didn't help as my sister was there and frowning like Ice Queen cuss she was not happy w my poses. How to smile naturally man...... HOW AH HOW! Heres an example of what I mean.

After that, I attended Nisha Mam's wedding party. Nice food, nice company, nice music!! Yes, I followed the norm routine, Snack, Pictures, Dance, Dinner & Farewells. BOOZE?

Now this is the problem guys.

95% of my colleagues drink while I don't. They offer me a glass or too despite me politely declining them each time. Maybe they are trying to loosen me up or being courteous by offering me one or they simply just don't believe that I do not consume alchohol. Oh believe me, I don't have anything against people who drink. I mean its their life and they are entittled to whatever they decide to put in their body, agreed? :)

However,

Its an entirely different situation when they decide over drink, get drunk and affect the lives of all the other surrouding people. Yes I mean crazy drunk, not even tipsy. For a non drinker, I know these terms ok! Am I genius or a genius? (self talk*) Back to the topic, I mean cmon, Im darn sure they are able to tell when they have reached their limit. Why do people like to get drunk? Why do people like to over drink? From what I have witnessed till now, nothing good comes outta it. Unless puking/ hangovers/ doing some shxt things which you'll only regret th next morning feels nice? The puzzles just don't seem to fit.

To be honest,

I am scared of drunk people. I abhor it when people around me are wasted. I CANNOT handle their personality transition from sober to drunk. When they are fresh, we can have normal friendly conversations, behave like normal people. Once the drunk bug enters, their words start to slurr, don't realise what they'r yakking about, body goes weak all of which leaves me feeling very very uncomfortable. You can't blame me ok! Maybe its hugely cuss I dno how a drunk mind works. So yes I admit, I am scared of drunk people. Don't come near me when you'r stoned, I'll prolly run away. haha!

So, to drink or not to?

Well, I am no saint. I might change my mind later on and start drinking, when I am older. After all, its sucha huge part while 'socialising' these days. But for now, Imma keep my hands off and just observe the stoned ones at parties and one day I miiiiiight actually figure out how their mind works in that state! Or worst, what if I end up like em'?? :O
